Subscription Policy

Books MUST be picked up at least ONCE A MONTH, otherwise they will not be held. In the case of extenuating circumstances, we must be contacted to make arrangements. Extensions will be decided on a case by case basis.
Please keep your subscriptions list current, reflecting only what you plan to purchase. Add/Drop forms are available upon request at the store.
Special Order Items must be picked up within one month of the item's arrival date.

Failure to follow the Subscription Policy will result in subscription cancellation.
